Earlier this year, we asked the Conferences for Women community to complete a survey about well-being and work. A whopping 4,385 of you responded in record time.? As we mark Mental Health Awareness Month this month, we’re excited to share the results and some helpful tips from two of our favorite speakers on trusting yourself and embracing your “unicorn space.”? Of the 4,385 of you who responded, here’s what you had to say:?
Asked why you did not take advantage of employer-sponsored well-being offerings, you offered a range of reasons — with fear of repercussions and perceived poor quality being tied for number one.? Of the 3,639 who said they had attended a Conferences for Women event in the past, 77.9% said it positively supported their well-being.

When Liz Tran began working in venture capital, she was asked to answer the following question: What qualities make someone a successful founder, CEO, or executive?? What she discovered surprised her. It led her to write The Karma of Success: Spiritual Strategies to Free Your Inner Genius and create Reset, an executive coaching company for CEOs and founders of some of the fastest-growing companies in the world. “The key is understanding yourself, your restrictions, your gifts, and your assets; no one can tell you who will be a better expert on that than you.
