This week I've provided graphs showing the entire Middle Tennessee real estate market. The graphs above show a comparison in February this year to the last two years. The first graph shows the median days on the market. The second one shows the current housing inventory. Sellers have never had such a great advantage. Buyers, on the other hand, have never had a greater challenge. If you're planning to sell your home, it can sell quickly if you have it show-ready, de-cluttered, and repaired. If you're ready to buy a home, it is vital that you know what you want in a home and where it is located, but also be pre-qualified to buy.
