I'm sure you've noticed. The summer heat is back with a vengeance as we say goodbye to July.

Below are June Market Reports for Williamson County and also the Greater Nashville areas. There is a 3 month supply of homes in the Middle Tennessee Market. Closings for Williamson County and the Greater Nashville area are down 18% for June compared to the same time last year. From January to June, 2023, closings are down 23% compared to 2022 in the entire Middle Tennessee Market. Be sure and look at the Average and Median Home prices which remain strong.
