I have shared the graphs before showing the number of homes for sale compared to the number of homes sold. Below are graphs for May for Williamson, Maury, and Davidson Co. If you will notice the light green bar (For Sale) is "taller" than the dark green bar (Homes Sold). This is an indication of a home inventory increase. It's been several months since this has happened. We are still in a strong seller's market but as you can see, we are slightly transitioning toward a more balanced market.
