February Market Reports

Below are two February Market Reports. The first report is for the entire Middle Tennessee market. The second is specific to Williamson County. There has been a slight inventory increase since last month's report. As usual, home prices remain strong. The average sale price for Williamson County increased 30% from the same time last year.
