Below are market comparisons for December 2021 and 2020 for Spring Hill, Brentwood, Franklin and Columbia. It's still hard to believe we've had a 20-30% increase in home values in these area since last year. Even though the monthly inventory is lower than last year, we have seen a slight increase over the past few months.
