Below is the February Market Stats from the Williamson County Association of Realtors. I also have a graph showing the number of new listings in February in Lebanon, Franklin, Columbia, and Mt. Juliet. When the graph goes down over the past three years, the price of homes tend to rise. We are definitely seeing that in our Middle Tennessee market.
