Job Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Artiscien. The Project Manager will be responsible for daily project management tasks including expediting, inspection, and logistics management. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project success and meeting deadlines. The Project Manager will work closely with the team to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.

Job Responsibilities :?

• Maintaining open and transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Regularly updating them on project progress, addressing any concerns, and managing expectations regarding deliverables and timelines.
• Implementing and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conducting regular reviews and assessments to ensure deliverables meet established criteria.
• Must be familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of project metrics, which includes metrics such as milestones achieved, tasks completed, and overall project completion percentage provides insights into the project's pace and efficiency.
• Proven experience in delivering the projects on time.
• Understanding the diverse communication styles of team members and stakeholders. and adapting the communication approach to ensure that information is conveyed in a way that is easily understood by everyone involved.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address issues to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
• Generate regular project status reports and documentation.
• Keep stakeholders informed about project progress and milestones.
• Regularly review and report on project performance to management and other stakeholders.
• Escalate problems as necessary to ensure awareness and seek assistance to come up with a resolution.
• Develop strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
• Capability to think strategically and align projects with organizational goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address issues and challenges as they arise.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards.
• The analytical mindset to interpret project metrics and data.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.

Requirements :?

• 4+ years' experience managing software projects, ideally in an Agile environment.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, Project Management tools, and JIRA is a must.
• Having experience in conducting daily standups.
• Having strong team management, leadership, and coaching skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and English language proficiency.
• PMI-ACP Certified is a plus
