Innovator Spotlight: Alisdair Gunn , Glasgow City Innovation District (GCID)
Alisdair leads the development of Scotland's first innovation district GCID, anchored by the 英国斯特拉斯克莱德大学 , and is the founder of Framewire, Scotland’s first advisory practice dedicated to developing Scotland’s digital and tech ecosystem.
Co-founder of the internationally acclaimed Turing Festival, Alisdair is recognised by his peers as one of Scotland’s prominent professional advisers amongst Scotland’s digital and technology sector. He is an independent board adviser to Barclays Eagle Labs , a board advisor to Amiqus and VeryConnect and member of Johnston Carmichael’s Tech Advisory Board.
Multi-million-pound?boost for medical device innovation in Scotland

Applications are still open for Barclays Eagle Labs Funding Readiness Programme
The programme, which runs virtually for 12 weeks (starting on 15 January) is designed to help entrepreneurs navigate the funding landscape and?will help?you better understand grant funding, crowd funding, equity investment and more. Applications close on 5 January.
