BHIVE Workspace , a leading Bengaluru-based co-working space provider, has secured a substantial lease in Mumbai's Adani Inspire, part of the bustling Bandra Kurla Complex. The deal, valued at ?1.39 crore per month, encompasses over 62,000 square feet of office space, signifying Bhive's strategic expansion in Mumbai's commercial hub.

The agreement, spanning five years with a 15% rent increase after three years, involves two leases for seven units in the premium building. Bhive's new venture into Mumbai includes dedicated areas for co-working, managed spaces, data and server rooms, and a cafeteria, with a rent-free period of eight months for setup. This move marks a significant milestone for Bhive, highlighting its growth and commitment to providing top-tier workspace solutions in major cities.

Sunbourne Developers, an Adani Realty Properties subsidiary, owns the Adani Inspire building, which offers diverse office sizes and amenities in a prime location. Bhive's entry into Mumbai's market underscores its ambition to enhance its presence and cater to the burgeoning demand for flexible workspaces.

Instant Group Survey Reveals High Productivity in Coworking Spaces

A recent The Instant Group survey highlights that nearly half of the workforce (45%) experiences excellent productivity in coworking spaces, outpacing traditional offices and remote work settings.

Specifically, 31% of respondents prefer coworking environments, and over 23% favour working from home. The study, encompassing 200 global workspace users, indicates a notable trend where individuals commuting for more than an hour and those over 45 years old find coworking spaces more conducive to high productivity.

This shift underscores the growing appeal of flexible workspaces. While 44% still find traditional offices compelling, home setups lag at 27% for excellent productivity ratings.

Factors like commute time and age significantly influence these preferences, suggesting coworking spaces offer unique advantages that enhance work efficiency and satisfaction.
