Nuvama’s new flexible office setup complements its existing corporate office in BKC, consolidating its workspace and fostering collaboration and innovation among teams. This expansion underscores the rising demand for flexible office solutions in key hubs like BKC.
BHIVE’s rapid growth reflects its ambition to revolutionise the flexible workspace industry. With plans to add 3 million square feet over the next two years and a projected revenue of ?300 crore this fiscal year, the company is also eyeing a ?800 crore IPO.
