Your Weekly Digest

July has arrived! ??????? Can you believe we’re halfway through the year?! If you’ve been waiting for this month to begin, you’re not alone! At Spark Group, each year we close up shop for the first week in July — one of only two weeks each year we are always closed. Why do we do this?

Practically speaking, Spark Group founder Mary Gladstone-Highland has a standing date as a camp counselor at a choir camp she’s attended since her days as a camper!

But at Spark Group, we also know and recognize the value of taking time off. Breaking free from the never-ending cycle of busy-ness, our lives become richer, more fulfilling, and ultimately more balanced as a result. And what better time to press pause for a moment then the midpoint of the year?

But before we stepped away, we made sure to cue up some great resources to share with our Nonprofit Spark subscribers. Keep scrolling to check out our weekly blog, find our free downloadable resource, join in the conversation with sector leaders on LinkedIn, and see if our weekly grant opportunity is a good fit for you!

To all those who celebrate: have a safe and happy holiday!

Happy Reading!

Sincerely, The Spark Group Team
