Let me start by saying that there is no such thing as GDPR magic. Just by updating your website or installing a new CRM or Care Management platform you do not become magically GDPR compliant.

Adding a Privacy Statement and opt-in box to the Contact Us page on your website is just one part of the solution. This is quite an important part but nonetheless only a small part. The same applies to buying a CRM platform or Care Management system – this is only part of your GDPR answer. Don’t be tricked by claims of ‘100% GDPR Complaint’ – this is just not really true…

If you don’t believe me just check out the ICO website and find the 12 Step plan – you’ll see that your IT is just one part - ICO GDPR 12 Step Plan
