You can't wait for match day to roll around to see what this megastar is all about.

But... the boss don't play them.

Game after game, they sit on the bench! Meanwhile Two Left Feet Magoo and Old As The Hills Humperdink are running so slowly on the pitch they look like they're going backwards.

It's frustrating AF.

The team's not getting the return-on-investment on bagging such an expensive player... and you're not getting the excitement of seeing how spectacularly they could add to the score sheet, either.

Well, what if this team... is your wardrobe?

You've got some star strikers in the line-up. That beautiful bespoke jacket that makes you feel like a million dollars. Those swanky leather trousers that make you feel like a boss.

Yet when it comes to match day (which is every day when you've got big business dreams)... you drag out your donkeys.

Those tired ol' tracksuit bottoms that are pilling and stained. The hoodie that's seen better days with a hole in the seam of the arm.

Do you ever think about your end-of-day score-sheet and what these items are adding (or not) to it?

And before you start piping up like a hungry football fan waiting on a Pukka Pie, you know the compound effect of wearing those crusties when you've got killer outfits RIGHT THERE in the wardrobe, bursting to get off the metaphorical bench.

Yes comfort is great. But there's a different between stylish clothes that are comfortable... and being stuck in a comfort zone.

Wearing those old crusties gives you the perfect excuse to play small.

Can't do an IG Live today, not dressed for it. Don't want to make that scary phone call, because I just don't feel good. Avoiding networking because it's easier to just stay home in a tracksuit and type type type away on meaningless activities, when doing that IG Live, making that call or networking would move me a lot closer to my goal.

Sometimes you need to shake up the formation.

And if you look down at the outfit you're wearing right now and think 'meh' - that's a sign bigger than a substitute board that you need a clear out.
