In my opinion, there are 3 main ones that have driven the prices this year. Income, Inventory and Interest Rates. This year we have a perfect storm of those three affecting the market at the same time. The 4 graphs below give you a better understanding of how the market has changed for Franklin, Brentwood, Spring Hill, and Columbia in the past three years. Even though it looks challenging, I assure you that people are still buying and selling everyday.
