Hello and happy new year my dear readers!
I hope you all had a chance to reflect and pause over the holidays and are returning to work rested and refreshed. Despite working much of the break, I did have the opportunity to attend a gathering that helped me to identify and nurture a theme for the new year.
Spiritual leader and author, Pema Chodron, writes about this concept of our innate unstoppable brilliance. The spirit and kindness that is housed within each one of us, if we just take a moment to pause and let it shine forth.
My deepest wish for this coming year is to find this unstoppable brilliance within myself and to help each of you access this shining light within yourselves.
