The real estate market across the country is crazy these days, so the fact that our local area is seeing the same thing isn’t surprising. Today I’m sharing the latest market update for the Triangle and what buyers and sellers need to know. We’re seeing very low inventory and high demand across the board, so buyers have to do many different things to get their offers accepted. In Chapel Hill alone, inventory has decreased by 20%.
