Lot of us stop ourselves from taking that first step towards starting our own business. I remember debating within myself for many many days...and now I wonder why I spent so many days in such useless debate!

We allow our own intelligence to win the argument every time with a convincing reason. The reasons seem absolutely logical: “let me get the perfect idea”, “is this the right time?”, “I need to learn little more about this”, “I don’t have time”, “let me gain more experience”, “I am not tech savvy”, “my English is not ok”, “will it work in my country?”, “what will others think about it?”, “I cannot take this risk”, “I don’t have the money”, “I don’t know the right people”…..the list is endless.

Over the past 15+ years of learning about multiple businesses, establishing a successful business of my own, interacting with many aspiring entrepreneurs and finally having had the privilege of being accepted as a business coach by a trusting few, I realize that a lot of us share such hesitations.

My primary goal as a business coach for aspiring entrepreneurs is to help them get clarity on existing business scenario, help them shake off their hesitations, help them take a calculated risk (in most cases, the magnitude of the risk has been blown out of proportion because of lack of clarity) and finally, help them take the first step in the right way.

Starting your business need not necessarily mean taking a big risk. It need not mean giving up the security of your job. It does not mean having lot of money to invest. It need not mean that you have to face the storm alone.
