Did you know that I have a coach? Yes, coaches have coaches. In fact, if a coach doesn't invest in some form of coaching herself, I'd be a little skeptical.

This is because excellent coaches understand that awareness, growth and action are accelerated with coaching. We often need support to sift through all the noise, overcome new challenges that have arisen, and move forward towards our goals.

We all need this support. ??

Coaching has always helped me get deeper into my own truth and take action despite my fears. It helps me to continue exploring, experimenting and moving forward, even when my inner critic provides all the very reasonable excuses as to why I can't or shouldn't move in a certain direction.

And as a coach, this is what I help other high-performing women lawyers and leaders do. They face their biggest challenges and frustrations head on, work their way to more clarity and confidence in themselves and where they're headed.

They get support with summoning the courage they need to make shifts in their lives to feel less stuck, confused or stressed, and more alive, fulfilled and internally aligned.

I've only ever offered this support through longer-term coaching programs for clients, but my programs are full.

So I wanted to offer another way to work with me, that meets you where you're at.
