3. Encourages Development: Delegation gives your team a chance to learn new skills and grow. I mean - this is gonna make your team some ROCKSTARS!

7 个月John, I like this article. As a 25-year retired Army Master sergeant building the team was the most important aspect of gaining trust through experience and being comfortable delegating. As a former combat advisor working in small teams having the trust in your men to delegate responsibility takes weight off your shoulders and ensures a successful mission or outcome. I've found delegating becomes a great teacher and ensures efficiency.
