Your Three Words to Success
Martha Gleason
I work with women executives to find their authentic voice so they confidently navigate the increasingly complex world of corporate success.
If your colleagues were asked to describe you, especially when you're not in the room, what three words would they use? More importantly, are they the three words you want them to use?
Why Your Three Words Matter
Your reputation is built moment by moment, conversation by conversation. Defining your Three Words gives you a North Star—a way to align your actions, leadership style, and impact with how you want to be seen.
My Three Words
For me, it’s:
?? Empowering – Helping others step into their strength.
?? Compassionate – Leading with heart and understanding.
?? Innovative – Challenging the status quo with fresh ideas.
These words shape how I show up in meetings, decision-making, and coaching.
Now, It’s Your Turn
1?? Take a moment to reflect: What three words genuinely represent you?
2?? Do they match how others currently see you? If not, what small shifts could align perception with intention?
3?? Leave a comment and share Your Three Words with me—I’d love to hear them!
This simple exercise can be a game-changer for how you position yourself as a leader. Can’t wait to hear yours!?
