Quality Excellence Event

Our goal at Tendable is to remove friction in how quality is assessed, with a focus on increasing clinical time and supporting patient care. - Abbas Bukhari, Head of Customer Success at Tendable

After a wonderful event where we brought together leaders in quality improvement across health and social care, we've compiled a brief overview of some of the key outputs from this event. An overview of our Quality Excellence Event last Wednesday:

• Strategies for embedding and owning data quality within clinical teams.
• Methods of driving engagement and quality through buy-in with both senior leadership and frontline staff, potentially through:

a. Reward and recognition strategies.

b. Involving all levels of your organisation your quality improvement programme design, with effective feedback loops.

c. Using accreditation programmes to drive tangible culture change.

• Insight into how the CQC review will impact leaders and individuals across England.
• How Tendable continues to help support the work healthcare leaders with our new product features.

Health Quality Canada

Spark Conferences 'Healthcare Quality Canada' virtual conference, focused on improving quality of care and patient outcomes. This year, our customers' from The Ottawa Hospital presented a keynote talk on 'Using Data to Enhance Patient-Centered Care at The Ottawa Hospital'.

Upcoming events:

We are excited to be exhibiting and sponsoring Tendable at the GIANT Health Event #GIANT2024 on the 9th and 10th December, which will be held at the Business Design Centre in London. At this event, we will also be facilitating a panel discussion:?

Digitally enabled quality improvement: national and local leadership, two nursing perspectives. Featuring Jane Cummings (Former Chief Nursing Officer of NHS England and Non-Executive Director of NHS Gloucestershire ICB) and Andrew McGovern (Associate Chief Nurse, Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust).

This keynote will cover:

• The role of NHS England and ICBs in ensuring quality across NHS providers.
• How Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust leveraged technology to increase quality and maintain improved patient outcomes.
