A few weeks ago I promised to share a few articles on some coaching I’ve come across that I think has real benefits for businesses. In my time I’ve seen too many businesses struggle because people aren’t enjoying communicating, or just don’t know how to.
Every team works in different ways. But communication is the key for every team regardless of what business sector you work in.
Stress is normal, but you can tell when it takes a toll on people through a breakdown in communication. We’ve all experienced that passive aggressive exchange between two colleagues haven’t we? Maybe we were even involved in it ourselves.
