For some time, I’ve been banging on about the importance of finding the right balance and tone with positioning and communications, and being consistent with your messaging for new business and marketing to help keep your pipeline fed.
Most agencies are saying the same old things in the same old way, and some have a slap dash approach to when communications go out.
One silly analogy I often refer to is ‘if you want your bath to be full, you need to leave the tap running’.
