Sadly I'm still seeing too many IT systems that are left wide open for cyber attacks. Are you confident that your IT provider is taking proper care. Just because you have anti virus and an IT support contract in place doesn't mean you aren't vulnerable.

Is it all about passwords? Not entirely, although I would definitely recommend you DO NOT use the default factory settings or anything that could be easily guessed, that is asking for trouble.
