Our time engaging clients and professionals interested in working with the fractional working model always leads to a few questions. With this insight, our team decided to wrap up 2023 with shareable bite-sized educational content. Packaged in a learning series, the Edu Podcasts outline general implementation steps to introducing fractional models.?
A key team takeaway was that in most cases, business leaders are looking for ways to revolutionize their business operations, deliver with restricted budgets, and work with top talent. This content gives perspective to the typical challenges of business owners, compliance managers, human resource leads and of course, the fractional specialist.

We are also thrilled to introduce the soft launch of a Project Brains Business Referral Program. According to Viral Loops Marketing, 84% of B2B business arrives via business referrals. In 2024 we are exploring the idea of sharing our business while growing our business.

c. Flexibility in job search. Be open to exploring different job roles, industries, and locations. Consider remote or fractional opportunities to gain experience and keep your career momentum in challenging economic times.
