When we start thinking about what we want to do, if we get stuck in our head and start doubting ourselves and our ability to succeed. This alone can become rather discouraging. When we start to doubt ourselves, we are also more likely to start doubting our abilities and talents. This can be from the idea of how we are doing or what others think of us.
On the other hand, when we are mentally prepared, or have belief in our abilities to succeed, it turns easier for us to start moving forward, look at the possibilities around to make our plans workable. This means that we plan ahead and we have a strong belief in what we want to do.
