I’m sure you’re knee-deep in finalising your L&D budget and plan for the year. But before assuming your people are ready to dive into your training, think again! They’re busy, and their first thought is: “Will this help me right now?” There are a few things I told a client after completing their Learning Needs Analysis. Get practical, and solve immediate challenges. Keep it concise, as actionable content beats hours of passive learning. Speak their language, and frame training as a solution to their daily problems. Make it relevant to them, and they'll thank you!
