With Shape Talent being a fully remote team, it was particularly special spending quality time together recently in person. Some of our team are new joiners, and others, like many of our clients, are based internationally. For a number of people, it was their first time meeting their colleagues face-to-face. Being together, I was reminded how outstanding our team really is. We have a rich tapestry of expertise, perspectives and lived experience. We don't always agree (and that’s very healthy!), but we are bound by shared values, respect, and a clear purpose. And together, working with forward thinking businesses all around the world, we are shaping a brighter, more equitable future for everyone.??

In our latest blog, we review the UK's financial sector enquiry into sexual harassment which has revealed some startling findings. Read the blog to find out how your organisation can apply the learnings (in any industry) with our 5 recommendations for businesses on how to address and prevent sexual harassment and misconduct.?

We recently interviewed Jenn Barnett , Head of EDI & ESG at Grant Thornton. Jenn outlined the ways Grant Thornton went about setting a culture-led climate to attract and retain quality women candidates. In her interview, Jenn reveals how the organisation:?

  • Uses storytelling as an influencing tool??

  • Instils accountability at Board level??

  • Intentionally builds inclusion allies??

This was a brilliant interview that highlighted the value of shared ownership of the inclusivity agenda as the key to Grant Thornton's success. You can view the full recording here.??
