To increase your chances of earning a featured snippet that powers a voice search result, be sure to include a clear 40-60 word answer on the page. The new Google Search Experience looks like it uses the top three results to power its new Snapshot feature, which may absorb and replace featured snippets in some cases. It's not clear how or if this will impact voice search results, so keep an eye (and ear) out for changes in the future.

Your socials will be pointing back to your website and whilst there is little evidence Google uses these as any ranking factor for your site itself, if your socials are getting good views, likes and shares they can be an indicator of trustworthiness and user experience with your brand. Those socials themselves and your social profiles, images/videos can then rank themselves for keyword searches which can then be an indicator to the user of authority and relevance when your website and socials are being seen on the top in SERPs.
