As a coach I challenge my clients to see new perspectives, unpack their stories so they become aware of the beliefs underlying their behaviours, hold up the mirror so that they can see how they are experienced by others, hold them accountable for the goals they set, and cheer them on to extend out of their comfort zone!

Through the coaching process I can help set your executives free from the daily challenges and distractions that may be stifling their productivity to help them become more effective and deliver results for your organisation.

The process

Coaching sessions run for one hour and are held either face to face or by Zoom video conference.

A program can be designed over a pre-determined period (usually 6 - 12 months) to meet both the individual’s and the organisation's objectives.?

Throughout the process, I take a strengths-based approach to supporting the executive in their own journey towards both their professional and personal goals.
