Your Scale For Emotional Balance

Emotional Balance is the state of equilibrium you can achieve within yourself. It helps you manage your daily activities normally without being distracted by thoughts. The main point we need to address is how to achieve that state during our day, which is full of many activities that can keep changing our emotional balance. In your day, there could be activities that make you happy, pressured, stressed, and keep your mind thinking. Being able to control your state by showing focus is a skill that is essential for any individual.

Being at work and showing your full potential, while not thinking about your life problems is very critical in maintaining the focus on your current obligations. Emotional balance is being in a neutral state without any distractions through thoughts and emotions. It can be normal that our minds could be filled with different thoughts. It is normal that we could pass by different emotions through the day. The most essential part is to not make a single thought and a single emotion cause disturbance for your emotional balance.

Showing control on your emotional state is part of showing self control. It is not that easy, as you are not with a button to control the emotional states. Some emotions can have a strong impact, which makes you in a changed emotional state. Having a solid mindset can help you show resilence in front of this changing emotional states. It needs practice and to have some kind of alarm, when you are having an emotional misbalance to show self control and return yourself to that neutral point. Having in mind the emotional misbalance can affect your productivity and your general mood state.

It could make you lose some moments due to that distrubances you are facing. Negativity can affect your emotional balance. Being in a negative envrionment will make you tend more to show negativity. Having a solid positive mindset could support in that, but here the challenge is getting harder. Taking the emotional balance as scale with three points high negative , neutral and high positive can be more descriptive. It could be descriped that the high negative is the place where you have your emotional state to all the negative emotions. The high positive is having your emotional states with all the positive emotions.


Emotional Balance

The neutral place is being in a normal state without showing extra positivity and negativity. Having that scale in mind and trying to determine your current state based on that scale could help you take the proper action to control your emotional balance. Back to our example, where you are being in a negative environment you will realize here that the scale is tended towards the high negative point. Realizing that in mind will make you take a positive action that can supports your state to overcome that situation.

The scale is just a way to realize your current state. Being in a situation of achievement could make your emotional state in scale tended towards the high positive. It is where you make the assessment if it's applicable to show that emotional state completely. It could need to be controlled according to the envionment and the external factor. End of the day it is always your decision to show the emotional state you want.

Emotional balance is part of your self-awareness. It is necessary to understand your triggers, and to know how to control your reactions. Emotional misbalanced can cause unnecessary actions that could make the situation in a more worse state. It could be your decision you want the situation to be worse. It was already stated that you are responsible for acting based on your emotional states. It is according to your scale.

Some individuals could have the scale without the high positive. They are only in either the high negative and the neutral points. It differs from one individual to another. Individuals are completely free to determine their emotional states, but have in mind that emotional states can take from your energy. It could make you drained and unable to continue the day till the end. Having in mind you are in control, having in mind that scale and having in mind your energy will make you trying to achieve emotional balance along your daily acitivities.
