Given the unprecedented situation here in Australia regarding the COVID-19 virus, we felt it was important to reach out to you, our family of patients, to assure you we are continuing to practice clean, safe dentistry prioritising your good health, & that of our staff.

Given the nature of our working environment, robust policies and procedures supporting the prevention of infection spread are woven into the very fabric of Dentistry Plus.

We take your health very seriously.

Our dedicated Infection Control Coordinator, a role few dental clinics have, ensures our clinics are practising to the highest standards of cleanliness. Nevertheless, we are not taking COVID-19 for granted, and additional precautions have been put in place to guarantee your safe dental visit.

This unique time requires us all to work together to guarantee our good health. Please join us in helping to further reduce the risk of infection spread.

Here’s how you can support us to support you:

• If you’re presenting with a cough or flu-like symptoms, please contact us so we can reschedule your appointment.
• Please regularly use the many hand sanitation stations we have set up for your convenience in our clinics.
• Practice healthy social distancing by exchanging elbow bumps, in place of handshakes or hugs. Better yet, a friendly wave is just as welcome.
• You’ll notice we’ve removed all non-essential items, such as magazines, from the reception area. We apologise, and once this is all over, expect their return.
• Where possible, pay with credit or debit cards over cash.

Over the past few days, we’ve been hard at work to create a safety video that we’ll release over the weekend further illustrating our commitment to your safety & the additional precautions we’re taking. Please take the time to view this for more preventative measures to further reduce your risk of exposure and infection spread.
