Your Routine to Prevent Downtime & Maximize Production

1. Overall Check Ups Before Operating

Check Air Filter

Tap the air filter or blow it out gently to remove dust. Change the air filter and safety cartridge as soon as dust gets beyond the primary air filter.

Check Fluids and Top Up if Needed

• Oil level
• Coolant level
• Hydraulic level
• Fuel & DEF level

Check Impact Crusher

1. Before opening the crusher box, activate the RM Release System manually to loosen packed dirt and ensure the impact wall swings freely.
2. Check for wear and damage and replace worn parts if needed.
3. If applicable, change hammers when you process large amounts of another material.
4. Before closing, clean the edges of the crusher housing so that metal hits metal upon closing the impact crusher box.
5. If needed, readjust your closed side setting, and verify that the crusher housing is locked properly. Check how this is done here.
6. Check if the rotor moves freely by turning the pulley.

?2. Clean Your Screens

Remove any material pegging and blinding the pre-screen to allow a smooth material bypass. Similarly, clean the screen attachment. Instead of dropping your screen deck, you can fold the main conveyor over 90° for better access to the screen deck.

3. Fix Conveyor Belt Damages

Staple punches and rips immediately using Flexco rip repair stables to extend your conveyor belt's lifetime.
