The Four Personality Types Explained
This personal franchise assessment tool will classify you as one of four different categories, and you'll usually be a blend of two of those four categories. Let me go through each one.?
An achiever is somebody who's very goal oriented, somebody who's very growth oriented and somebody who really wants to grow a business.?
A belonger is somebody who's very family driven, somebody who wants to be with a group of people, wants to feel included, usually will take things a little bit slower and will want a concept that is very well proven.?
An emulator will usually talk fast. They'll be very vibrant, they'll be very visual, they'll usually want the sexiest, latest, greatest, very image conscious types of businesses, and they will typically be more sales and marketing driven.
Societally conscious people will usually be very caring. They will want to give back to the community and they'll want to give back to the planet. They have this horrible quality of wanting to do better in the world.?
