Your prices. I couldn't believe it.
Your prices. i really couldn't (and can't) believe it...
I saw a comment the other day on one of our posts.
The context was a personal trainer who works at a gym where the prices were fixed for each trainer (including hers).
And she said this this: "i would have more clients if the prices where reasonable."
I couldn't believe it, and I feel like this sentiment might be common among trainers.
They don't see their training as something valuable, and they believe people would only buy if the prices were lower.
I'm not telling you to raise your prices, but for the love of God, stop subconsciously acting like you are a glorified workout manual.
You are much more.
So, you lower your prices, but nothing happens.
Maybe you attract an extra person, but they aren't particularly high-quality individuals who want to improve themselves.
Is that the type of people you want to attract?
The ones who negotiate your price down until they pay and then become mediocre, headache-inducing clients?
People value things that are valuable.
Bask in your worth.
You're not just some commodity; you are here to potentially change someone's life for the better.
Yes, my prices are high, but I will ensure to provide you with the utmost service possible to help you reach your goals.
I would be doing you a disservice if I lowered my prices.
When you value what you do, people will start being more invested in you. They will show up more and be more attentive because you value what you do, and so they will too.
?I can't count the number of times I've heard that one of you changed someone's whole life for the better.
Take pride in that.
Make the move.
Oh, and a quick self-plug: I have a more in-depth video that goes over how to ethically raise your prices while retaining clients coming soon (i'll share it in one of the upcoming newsletters for free, keep an eye out).
Cheers.
