Timing correlates heavily with click-throughs and engagement on all social media content. And posting by even an hour off can severely damage your metrics if you don’t have money backing up your posts.

Think about how much content you have clogging up your Facebook feed. Much of it goes unseen as even posts from just an hour prior can end up several scrolls down from the beginning of the timeline.

Then add one more channel: internal promotion. Create content that your employees are not embarrassed to share—content that they actually want to promote.
