Your pic on social media is like the story of a baby in a pram.

Two grandmothers meet in a park.
One is pushing the pram.
'What a beautiful grandchild, 'says one.
'That's nothing,' says the other, reaching for her purse.
'I'll show you her picture!'
The story resonates with all of us so much. Especially in the times we are living in. We have stopped believing in what is 'real'. We don't believe how good we look unless we see our picture and that too altered which has been altered.
But does the 'real' matter anymore?
We hardly see our friends face to face. We just meet them on social media handles. And that is where we all live these days.
In such circumstances, does the 'real' us matter?
It should matter.
We don't want our faces to be an outcome of some filter effect.
Who are we really?
A unique face or some random filter?
Next time someone compliments you on your looks, say thank you.
Don't open your phone's gallery to show them how beautiful you look with a filter.
