Identify the fears that hold you back from living your fullest potential.?

Through self-reflection, you can challenge and reframe these fears, allowing yourself to embrace courage and liberation.

  • What part of my dream life am I fearing to step into?
  • Where is this fear coming from??
  • What experience have I had that taught me to fear x?
  • If you didn’t have this fear, what would you be doing right now instead?


Step 3: Name What You'd REALLY Like

To shift from low vibes to high vibes, you must clearly define what you truly desire.?

Reflect on your passions, dreams, and aspirations.?

Name what you'd REALLY like to experience and manifest in your life.?

By aligning your intentions with your deepest desires, you set the stage for transformation and open the door to new infinite possibilities.?

  • If I didn’t indulge in over consuming x what would I be doing instead to enjoy my life?
