B - The Negative Self Image - who you are afraid you are (negative self image projected on to you most likely when a child)?

C- Your Authentic Self - who you truly are?

By asking ourselves some questions we can uncover the many layers of self and take off the masks McKenna says?

* What is most?important that everyone knows about you??

* If your life were trying to prove something about you what would it be??

* What is the opposite of each of the traits of your pretend self??

* Which of your secrets will only be discovered after you die??

* Who you really are feels like coming home?

* Who are you when nobody’s watching?

* If you felt totally safe, what would you do differently ??

* Who would you be if you lived beyond fear??

These are questions posed by McKenna and ones that I have been working on myself in pursuit of developing my own emotional intelligence !?
