Your passion changes everything

For many years our society educated us, trying to protect us from living in a world of scarcity. Therefore, my grandparents and parents emigrated from Europe to Argentina, escaping from the Second World War and with the sense of survival turned on at its best.

Now, we all know that this context no longer exists, not even under the recent alarms, and yet we accept being indoctrinated under the false belief of scarcity.

Without going any further, our Educational System was designed to insert people into factories (Read Ken Robinson) due to the industrial revolution. It is so that even today, there are examples of these manifestations (schools with gender separations, classrooms to which we must go to learn a subject, and a productive serial structure with the sole objective of graduating students and preparing people to develop jobs with the sole aim of earning money.

Please, I want to be understood; it is clear that we want to obtain money in exchange for our work, but shouldn't this be a consequence and not the end?

I invite you to think differently, to be aware, and for a moment ask ourselves: What would happen if we could enable the awareness of inner abundance if we educate in the development and expression of what makes us unique?

What if we managed to respect our children's vocations without threatening them with their economic future and allowing them to find and develop their element?

What would happen if we embrace those things that make us different? Perhaps if we promoted the valuesof diversity, equity, and inclusión, we would all have work and remuneration.

Again I ask myself, are we being conscious of our decisions? How do we behave when talking to our children, nephews, grandchildren, etc.? Do we make them see the world through scarcity or abundance?

Everything driven by scarcity generates more scarcity, and from that place, we express ourselves. Therefore we try to be through our actions since this is still a distant dream or a privilege that only very few can give themselves.

The world is and will be more prosperous if we manage to become conscious of the variety of internal resources that all of us possess and of the freedom to express them, to put them into action without fear of being wrong. In life, you win, or you learn.

We work daily to feed our conscience with the power we have to create; To BELIEVE is to CREATE, and thus, getting the job we want and deserve to live transforms our lives.
