Be Your Own Source of Happiness
I believe that each of us carries our own weight of responsibilities in life, and it’s not easy to handle them all. So, let’s try to be kind and respectful to each other. Life becomes better when we show compassion and understanding to those around us. True connections and healing can happen when we empathize with others and offer a helping hand.
Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude. by DENIS WAITLEY
We are all different. We live in different families, countries, cultures, and languages. We are shaped by different environments, societies, educations, and opportunities, and we even have different goals in life. Some wish to find happiness, while others aspire to accumulate wealth but may lack true happiness.
Due to these differences, people often resort to the word?COMPARE. Comparison can take two forms. One is positive, where we compare ourselves to strive for self-improvement. The other is negative, where we compare ourselves to feel disappointed and demotivated. Choosing between the positive and negative aspects of comparison is ultimately our choice.
The root cause of comparison is that we may not feel as successful as someone else, or we fear negative judgments from others. This can lead to feelings of sadness, anger, and even depression. As imperfect human beings, experiencing ups and downs in life is natural. The people who judge and criticize us won’t be with us forever, so?why should we be scared or afraid of their words?
Let’s be the source of our own happiness.?Let’s find contentment in what we have achieved and pursue what truly makes us happy. Instead of spending time comparing our lives to others, we should cherish moments with our family, friends, and loved ones. Life is too short to waste on being upset and comparing ourselves to others.
