Your Own Inspired Path

Your Own Inspired Path

Lately I’m peripherally aware of the contentious climate, politics and primaries, targeted advertising, all designed to inflame and divide.? I’ve talked to many people, young and old who are sick and tired of this and are choosing not to engage. Or rather, choosing to engage at a higher level,? recognizing the negative energies only rise the more we attack each other.? I know we can’t ignore everything, we live in the world in which we live, and we have to make stands for things that matter, but we don’t need to take the bait being offered.? I wrote this in hopes it might inspire you to follow your own path.? It only takes a few of us, to raise the vibration of the world.

"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you." (Matthew 7:7)

Your Own Inspired Path

Waking up,

Tossing & turning,

A nightmare? A Dream?

Something burning.

-

Something misplaced,

Whats amiss?

News & social,

Fame & fortune.

-

Political forces,

Polar opposites,

Yet the same,

Cancelling each other.

-

Clever tools,

Emotional appeals,

Taking all of us,

For fools.

-

Conscious now,

Clear knowing,

Facade & fear,

Melt as early snowing.

-

Choosing to see,

Refusing to flee,

A growing calm,

Setting in.

-

Rational mind,

Not enough,

To fight the urges,

A higher power.

-

First the Buddha,

Enlightened peace,

Elevating Earth,

From original darkness.

-

600 years on,

God’s son appears,

O great mystery,

And wonderful sacrament.

-

Blessed were we,

Unknowing then,

Lighting the way,

Redemption & love.

-

Revelation now,

We are one,

Time to follow,

Your own inspired path.
