Can you be your own GOAT? Last year, as an organization we read "My Personal Best" by John Wooden. Coach Wooden led UCLA to 14 NCAA Basketball Championships by teaching his teams to be their personal best using the Pyramid of Success. We spent 2021 focused on practicing the attributes within the pyramid, striving for competitive greatness. Those who were most inspiring were awarded their very own GOAT Award!

The Pyramid of Success has over a dozen attributes you work through to achieve competitive greatness and become your own GOAT.??The Pyramid can easily translate to your personal life and your organization so you can be your GOAT. Whether you are a finely tuned athlete, the leader of an organization, or a production worker, the key to being your GOAT is the same, exceptional performance must happen at the right moment. ??
