Be YOUR own change...

Rallies. Cheers. Protests. Sadness. Happiness. Doom. Hope.

We’ve seen it all today. Not all of us agree with everything that’s been said, displayed, and transpired politically. AND that’s ok. That’s why we live in this country. 

For every person that is sad, there’s another happy. For every person who has benefitted from the past presidency, there’s another who was hurt. It's likely if we are posting continually about the election we are alienating a percentage of our friends whether you are for the red, the blue, or chose the white. They are all a part of the flag. ????

We can choose to be GRATEful, not FEARful. We can’t be both at the same time- the two feelings cannot coexist. Still grateful for my freedom. The freedom of my girls. The freedom that will always remain in the United States of America.

But we want change? 

Feed the hungry. Smile at strangers. Pay off debt. Read a personal growth book. Be better for your children. Help your neighbor. Love your friends. Start a home business. Buy something from your friend starting one, she’s just embarking on her own hope of prosperity. Spread HOPE, JOY and GOODWILL on your social media. Call your mom. Call your dad. Tell someone Thank you. 

The world doesn’t need our fear. Our children don’t need to be afraid. Be your own change, in your own home, by your own example. #keepitclassy
