Absentee Owner (Investor) Model Franchise

This unique franchise model is for Franchisees looking for an investment, not a time commitment.? Franchisees purchase geographically where they can afford - anywhere in the country (Do not need to live where they own!). Time commitment for Franchisee is only two hours a month.

Think of it like a corporate run unit except the franchisee owns the business and corporate management operates the business for the franchisee.? Corporate management finds location for the Franchise (Franchisee approves and signs lease). Corporate management recruits the staff (staff are employees of the Franchisee). Corporate management trains the Franchisees' staff.? Corporate management manages the manager, KPI's, marketing, payroll, billing, expenses, and more.

Franchisee takes all the profit of the business as the owner. Corporate management receives 5% of gross revenues in addition to normal royalty percentage (No setup fees are charged to the Franchisee). The management contract is a 5-year term, which can be renewed for another 5-year term, which lines up with the 10-year renewal of the franchise agreement.
