Are your Oracle Users Wasting Time on Keying Data?

We’re already getting a lot of our Invoice data in Electronic Format, so why are we re-keying it?
What a Pain! You’re already getting a lot of your AP Invoice data from your Suppliers in electronic format, then you have people doing manual data entry to get the Invoices into your Oracle EBS system!
Yeah, it’s probably true that you’re getting just as many different formats, as you have suppliers that will provide the data electronically, but hey, “No Problem”!
With the More4Apps AP Invoice Wizard, and a little knowledge in Microsoft Excel “Macros” (or not), it’s easy to turn that data into AP Invoices in your EBS system, with improved accuracy, and in a fraction of the time it takes re-keying it.
For someone with a bit of knowledge writing Macros in Excel, it is fairly easy to create one that will get data from another source/file (flat file, CSV file, Excel file, emails) and bring that data into columns in Excel. And even if you can’t create Macro’s, a simple ‘Cut and Paste’ of the data will significantly cut down the time and increase data accuracy over re-entering in EBS.
Once the data is in the Excel template, just leave the rest to the More4Apps AP Invoice Wizard! With just a few mouse clicks, the Wizard will validate the Invoice data, Invoice-by-Invoice, reporting back which ones are loaded successfully, and which ones have issues that need to be corrected and re-loaded. Problematic data fields are also highlighted in red for easy identification. The Wizard uses Standard Oracle approved Interface Tables, as well as Standard Oracle Username / Password / Responsibility access controls.
With this simple, inexpensive, easy to use straight out of the box Wizard, all the hard work of interfacing the data to Oracle has been done already, AND, it will be upgraded and maintained going forward. When you’re ready to upgrade your Oracle EBS, More4Apps will be ready with you. Custom solutions are usually very costly to develop, and require ongoing maintenance through upgrades and patches.
