Platform Improvements
Culture15 currently has 7 distinct uses of AI - taking care of sentiment analysis, translation of speech to text and the conversion of natural language to standardised culture metrics with speed and precision.?
Our latest use of AI, being released this week, is a summarisation functionality, which? provides a synthesis of all verbatim comments, identifying themes, level of alignment and sentiment, automatically.?
During the last month our product team have made some behind the scenes changes that allow our platform to load 10x faster, especially for those with larger organisations and a higher numbers of users.?
This month also includes some bug fixes,?new features and improvements to ensure continued smooth running of our innovative culture measurement platform. ??
The Culture de-cooded podcast
We can now announce that the ninth episode of the Culture de-cooded podcast features the Founder & CEO of Thought Machine, Paul Taylor.?
Before founding Thought Machine, Paul successfully launched two companies, the second of which was acquired by Google in 2010. At Google, he led the text-to-speech team, which developed cutting-edge technology that is now found in all of Google's navigation and voice search products. Paul holds a PhD in AI and has held teaching positions at Edinburgh and Cambridge Universities.?
In this episode Paul shares his experiences of the AI and tech industry, and discusses the trials and tribulations of building culture and founding a business.
