Spreedly’s Recover solution is now available. Recover, previously known as Smart Routing, is our latest solution to strategically optimize the performance of transactions to improve reliability, increase success, and recover lost revenue. Functionally, Recover enables you to:

  • Prevent lost transactions due to outage by creating an automatic failover?
  • Strategically retry transactions at a secondary gateway based on decline codes (soft declines) to boost success rates
  • Reduce payment latency associated with retry processes built in house?
  • Limit risk of A+B testing of new gateways?

On average, 7.9% of failed transactions, when retried on a secondary gateway, immediately following a failure on the initial gateway, are successful. Spreedly customers have an average success rate uplift of .76% when using Recover.?
