IN YOUR NEXT PRESENTATION ASK A QUESTION. WHY NOT?

We engage with our audience when we ask questions…the mood changes completely.

But we tend to be reluctant to go there because we might release a monster which we won’t be able to control.

On balance though, the advantages for the audience outweigh the risks for the presenter. Anyway, there’s something limiting about ‘control.’

Often, when questions are asked, other members of the audience will make a contribution from their experience adding even more value to the deliverables. ?
